目的 观察达格列净联合沙格列汀对老年2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖波动及胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法 选取老年T2DM患者90例,数字表法随机平均分为达格列净组、沙格列汀组和联合组各30例;3组给予相应药物治疗。对比3组临床疗效、血糖和血脂指标水平、胰岛素敏感性指标变化、炎症因子水平及不良反应。结果 治疗后,3组血糖、血脂、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α均降低,且联合组低于达格列净组和沙格列汀组,差异显著(P<0.05);联合组总有效率显著高于达格列净组和沙格列汀组(P<0.05);3组胰岛β细胞功能指数(HOMA-β)升高,且联合组高于达格列净组和沙格列汀组,差异显著(P<0.05);3组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 老年T2DM患者经达格列净沙格列汀联合治疗,可辅助降糖、调节脂质代谢,改善胰岛β细胞功能。
