<正>基于世界卫生组织(WHO)所提供的数据,到2020年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)将成为死亡率第3位的疾病〔1,2〕。COPD的病因及发病机制目前仍不完全清楚,其发病与多种因素有关。引起COPD最主要的危险因素包括吸烟、环境污染、职业性粉尘和化学物质接触、感染、遗传因素等〔3〕。1 COPD病因的研究1.1吸烟吸烟是目前最常见的导致COPD的危险因素。与不吸烟者相比,吸烟者出现呼吸道症状和肺功能异常的概率更
