<正>高脂血症是一种以脂代谢异常为特征的慢性病理状态,主要表现为血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油(TC)及低密度脂蛋白(LDL)胆固醇(LDL-C)浓度异常增高,同时伴随高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平显著下降[1]。随着疾病的进展,高脂血症可能继发于动脉粥样硬化、肥胖、冠心病、脂肪肝、脑卒中、糖尿病、高血压、心源性猝死和其他疾病[2]。流行病学调查表明,中老年群体(≥45岁)的高脂血症发病率与年龄增长呈显著正相关[3]
