肿瘤干细胞与肿瘤血管生成的相关性研究

摘要(Abstract):
<正>肿瘤干细胞的自我更新与分化和肿瘤发生、发展有着密切的关系~(〔1〕),并对于临床肿瘤防治工作有着重要的指导意义。本文围绕肿瘤干细胞与血管内皮细胞的结构、功能,以及最近几年国内外该方面的相关研究进展作一综述。1血管内皮细胞及血管生成1.1血管内皮细胞血管内皮是一薄层的专门上皮细胞,由一层扁平的多边形细胞所组成。现在普遍认为血管内皮层具有几个功能:1血液细胞和组织细胞的屏障;2使血管通透性
